Eastview Apartments is laid out to provide the best arrangement of security and convenience.  The following plan shows key areas of the complex.

Car Parking

Each apartment has the option of renting one parking space.  Frequently, an apartment may rent more than one space if others are not renting them.  Extra spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bicycle Parking

Each tenant bike is issued a sticker so that only Eastview bikes are parked on the property.  Other bikes are periodically removed.  This reserves space for Eastview tenants only.

Recycle Containers

Recycle containers are supplied and maintained by the City of Urbana.

Picnic Area

The picnic area is a fenced-off area on the north end of the building which has a permanently installed commercial charcoal grille and aluminum picnic table on a landscaped concrete patio.  This area serves the non-balconied ground floor apartments as well as larger parties.
