Eastview's Rent for the 2012-2013 School Year is as Follows:

   Basic Rent for Balcony Apartments

     $970 per month

   Basic Rent for Non-Balcony Apartments with Same Features

     $940 per month

   Apartments G01 and G02 (Slightly smaller kitchen)

     $900 per month

    Parking Fee per Month

     $40 per month   

   Utilities Excluding Internet Service (Power, Water)

      Paid For By Tenant (Usually $50-70/month)

   Sanitary Sewer, Recycling, Trash Hauling, Exterior Lighting

      Paid For By Eastview Apartments
