Farmhouse
The farmhouse, built in 1964, has been recently remodeled over the past year. All of the flooring has been replaced except for the natural wood floors in the three bedrooms. The classic, crowded farmhouse kitchen was opened up with a modern, open-style kitchen with quartz countertops and new appliances. The original all-electric ceiling heating system was replaced with a geothermal central air conditioning system for year-round comfort and efficiency. It is a comfortable space situated on a gently-sloping hill with a great view of the surrounding area.
